I had a blast this weekend touring southern Peru with the archaeoastronomy students and Lin, one of the Peruvian students at the museum I work at. We did all kinds of stuff, from taking a boat tour of some islands filled with penguins and sea lions to walking through an Inca outpost used by Pachakuteq, the Inca leader from a few posts back. I’ll have a full writeup with pictures soon, but enjoy the first set of photos via the flickr links to the left. Or just click here, I guess.
